At Orbiting Gizmos, we give technology a second life. All our refurbished devices are carefully tested and serviced to ensure quality and functionality. As second-hand items, minor cosmetic imperfections may exist, but all products are fully operational. This policy outlines our Warranty and Returns terms.
Warranty
All products sold by Orbiting Gizmos, including refurbished laptops, tablets, desktops, and phones, come with a 30-day limited warranty covering device functionality.
What is Covered:
- Faulty parts affecting core functionality, including charging, performance, or operational faults.
- Repairs or replacements at our discretion for genuine faults.
What is NOT Covered:
- Cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, minor marks, or other visible signs of prior use. All visible imperfections are shown in images or described in the product listing.
- Accidental damage (drops, water damage, misuse).
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Natural wear and tear outside the warranty period.
Remedies:
- Orbiting Gizmos will repair or replace faulty components wherever possible.
- If repair or replacement is not feasible, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are handled as follows:
Eligibility & Window:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of dispatch.
- Orbiting Gizmos provides a prepaid return shipping label.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the return label. Expired labels cannot be used to action a return.
How to Request a Return:

- Provide a clear reason for the return and attach supporting images if applicable.
- Allow 72 hours for a response from our team.
- Follow any troubleshooting steps provided (if applicable).

Fraud & Abuse:
- Misuse of the returns process, including false claims or returning damaged items intentionally, may result in denial of the refund and legal action.
Customer Responsibility:
- Customers must follow all instructions provided for troubleshooting and returns.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring items are safely packaged for return.
Legal Rights:
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
