Orbiting Gizmos is dedicated to giving technology a second life by refurbishing, upgrading, and selling second-hand devices, accessories, and related products.

Refurbished electronic devices (laptops, tablets, desktops, phones)

Accessories, holders, cases, and related peripherals

Any services or support provided by Orbiting Gizmos

All products and services are intended for legal, personal, and professional use only. Orbiting Gizmos does not support illegal, unethical, or malicious use of any products purchased through our platform.

2. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

Orbiting Gizmos strives to accurately describe all products and provide clear images.

Minor cosmetic imperfections may exist in second-hand items; all known imperfections are disclosed.

Customers acknowledge that product performance and specifications may vary slightly due to upgrades, servicing, or second-hand nature.

We reserve the right to modify product specifications, accessories, or packaging without prior notice, provided the product remains functional and as described.

3. Orders, Payment, Dispatch & Delivery

All prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be completed before dispatch.

All items are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch, ideally within one hour of purchase. After this time, the return process must be used.

Post-dispatch, delivery times may vary depending on location and chosen delivery service.

We aim to ensure minimal delivery times, but if you have not received your item within 72 hours of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate.

Orbiting Gizmos reserves the right to correct pricing errors or refuse orders where pricing is clearly incorrect.

We also reserve the right to cancel, delay, or refuse orders for any reason, including stock shortages, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Warranty & Returns

30-day limited warranty on functionality for refurbished devices

14-day returns window with prepaid shipping

Returns subject to inspection; exclusions apply for cosmetic wear, accidental damage, and unauthorized repairs

5. Liability Limitations

All products are sold “as-is”, except where specifically covered under our 30-day warranty.

Orbiting Gizmos is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, software, or income.

Customers assume full responsibility for any software, files, or data installed or used on devices.

Orbiting Gizmos is not responsible for device compatibility issues with third-party hardware, software, or services.

We are not liable for damage or loss caused during shipping, handling, or installation if proper instructions are not followed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from Orbiting Gizmos, you agree to:

Follow all troubleshooting and return instructions provided.

Return items safely packaged with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

Use devices responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Not misuse the returns process or make fraudulent claims.

Ensure any software installed on devices is legally licensed and compatible.

7. Support & Services

Orbiting Gizmos may provide support, repairs, or upgrade services for products.

Abuse of support services (e.g., excessive demands, disrespectful communication, or false claims) may result in suspension or refusal of services.

Orbiting Gizmos is not responsible for functionality, licensing, or future updates of third-party products.

Customers agree to use all third-party products in compliance with their respective licenses and terms.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

Orbiting Gizmos may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Customers must provide proof of purchase for all returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
